Team Leader
We’re looking for an ambitious, high-performing Team Leader (Sales) to head our
Bangalore sales squad and drive massive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives & Associate Managers
• Drive monthly targets and high-value deal closures
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from pitch to site visit to conversion
• Personally manage key HNI clients and strategic relationships
• Train and upskill the team on product knowledge, CRM, and client handling
• Collaborate with top developer brands to stay ahead of the curve
• Track performance metrics and ensure CRM hygiene & sales discipline
• Foster a competitive, high-energy team culture
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• 3–6 years of sales experience in real estate (min. 1 year managing a team)
• A proven track record of closing deals & exceeding targets
• Strong grip on Bangalore’s premium residential market
• Excellent communication, negotiation & team management skills
• Comfortable with CRM tools and data-backed decision-making
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or relevant field.
Fixed salary: ₹55,000 – ₹70,000 + Lucrative Team Incentives.
