Role Overview
Lead a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue targets, develop client relationships, and drive growth in assigned territories or product lines. Coach, mentor, and motivate team members while aligning sales activities with company strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and communicate quarterly/annual sales goals; track performance against targets.
- Plan, execute, and refine sales strategies, including prospecting, pipeline management, and account development.
- Conduct regular one to one coaching, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer-success teams to ensure a unified value proposition.
- Analyze sales data, forecast revenue, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Resolve complex customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor-s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis software.
Preferred Skills
- Strategic thinking and problem solving ability.
- Comfortable with remote or hybrid team management.
- Familiarity with the tech/SaaS industry is a plu
