key responsibilities
- set and communicate quarterly/annual sales goals; track performance against targets.
- plan, execute, and refine sales strategies, including prospecting, pipeline management, and account development.
- conduct regular onetoone coaching, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- collaborate with marketing, product, and customersuccess teams to ensure a unified value proposition.
- analyze sales data, forecast revenue, and prepare reports for senior management.
- resolve complex customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
required qualifications
- bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field (mba preferred).
- 5+ years of b2b sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- proficiency with crm tools (., salesforce, hubspot) and dataanalysis software.
preferred skills
- strategic thinking and problemsolving ability.
- comfortable with remote or hybrid team management.
- familiarity with the tech/saas industry is a plu
