requirements
bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
3–5 years in sales.
proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, customer behavior, and channel sales.
