Job Description

Supervise and coordinate daily hospital operations during the shift.

Monitor nursing staff performance and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.

Coordinate between departments ICU, Ward, Emergency, OPD, Housekeeping, and Maintenance to ensure seamless service delivery.

Handle patient queries, complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.

Ensure proper staffing levels and manage duty rosters.

Conduct shift handover meetings and maintain incident reports/logs.

Monitor infection control, hygiene, and safety practices.

Support emergency management and critical patient coordination.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
