Key Responsibilities

Sales & Order Management

Handle incoming sales enquiries (calls, WhatsApp,

email)

Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and order

confirmations

Convert enquiries into confirmed orders

Coordinate with production, warehouse, and dispatch

teams

Customer Relationship Management

Manage existing dealer, channel partners and B2B

customer accounts

Maintain long-term customer relationships

Act as a single point of contact for assigned customers

Handle customer concerns professionally and

promptly

New market development.

Billing & Documentation

Coordinate invoicing and dispatch schedules

Ensure accuracy in order details, pricing, and GST

documentation

Maintain proper sales records and customer data

Payment & Credit Control

Track outstanding payments and follow up as per

credit terms

Maintain payment discipline without damaging

relationships

Escalate chronic delays as per company policy

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports

Share weekly sales performance updates with

management

Support management with market feedback and

customer insights

Eligibility & Qualifications

Education

Graduate (Any Stream) Mandatory

( / BBA preferred)

12th Pass candidates may be considered only with 35

years of relevant experience

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in:

o B2B sales

o Industrial / automotive / lubricant / spare parts

industry

Experience in office-based sales coordination is

mandatory

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong verbal and written communication (Hindi /

English; Gujarati preferred)

Good command over Excel, WhatsApp Business,

and basic ERP/CRM tools

Clear understanding of:

o Credit cycles

o Payment follow-ups

o Dealer / mechanic sales dynamics

o Promotions / Offers Planning

Negotiation and follow-up discipline

High sense of responsibility and ownership
