Role Overview
You will lead end-to-end brand and creative strategy for key accounts, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams while driving high-impact digital and integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead brand & creative strategy aligned with business goals
* Convert client briefs into clear, actionable creative directions
* Oversee social media strategy, content calendars & campaign rollouts
* Ensure timely execution of digital campaigns, performance creatives & integrated marketing initiatives
* Execute influencer campaigns, UGC collaborations, PR & brand partnerships
* Coordinate product shoots, model shoots & campaign productions
* Work closely with creative, media, performance & production teams
* Present campaign strategies & creative concepts confidently to clients
* Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies for long-term growth
* Act as the primary client point of contact
What Were Looking For
* 4+ years of experience in brand strategy / creative strategy / account management (Agency experience mandatory)
* Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, content strategy & influencer marketing
* Proven ability to translate business objectives into high-performing campaigns
* Experience handling multiple accounts & deliverables simultaneously
* Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills
* Solution-oriented mindset with strong timeline management abilities
Eligibility
* Graduates preferred
* Undergraduates can apply for junior-level roles
* For senior positions: relevant degree or proven experience required
