We are hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst with strong experience in gathering business requirements, Salesforce process analysis and translating business needs into scalable CRM solutions. The role involves stakeholder management, process mapping and collaboration with Salesforce technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

Translate business needs into Salesforce functional requirements.

Create user stories, process flows and functional documentation.

Analyze and improve Salesforce CRM business processes.

Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects and QA teams.

Support solution design, testing and UAT activities.

Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.

Manage stakeholder communication and requirement prioritization.

Support Salesforce implementations, enhancements and releases.
