Analyzing Every Information:- They dive into every key data, insights, fact to discover what actions to take for the businesss ultimate success.Elicitation- They are required to set up the foundation of a project by asking a lot of questions, gathering opinions, information, facts by interviewing stakeholders & departments to analyze what teams to work with, what should be the process, and other things.Documentation On Requirements:- Salesforce BAs are required to document every input, action, outcome exchanged between the team, departments so that stakeholders could look into it.Communicating:- Salesforce BAs role is to act as a bridge and thus involves a lot of verbal & non-verbal communication between teams, departments & stakeholders to ensure the right processes, actions are put forward, and the inputs are aligned with the desired outputs.Planning & Implementing Great Solutions:- The Job of Business analysts is to plan & implement effective actions & solutions that meet the end goals desired by the business stakeholders.Measuring & Testing- They test and measure the implemented solutions to track down the progress, and build training materials, holding the feedback & elicitation questions for the record.Gather clients requirements, business process analysis and sign of e-Business features and functionality for a portfolio of various businesses.The Business Analyst will be responsible for the management of complex multi-disciplined CRM consulting projects.Lead junior consultants and client staff through engagements, support the development of subject matter expertise, thought leadership, and strategic capability by delivering a wide range of customer management solutions.Performing end-to-end cross-discipline leadership throughout the software development lifecycle. Accountable for on-time, high-quality software project deliveries, including Analysis, Design, Development, and Quality Assurance.

Position: Salesforce Senior Functional Consultant - Manufacturing CloudExperience Required: 8+ yearsWork Location: Vietnam (Onsite) / Chennai (Hybrid)Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days (Max)Key responsibilities:Conduct discovery workshops with clients to gather requirements, perform As-Is, Fit/Gap analysis and align Salesforce technologys offerings and capabilities to the clients business needsEngage internal implementation team on client requirements, solution design, build, testing and solution deliveryDevelop and deliver documentation deliverables across the project phasesParticipate in developing software applications using Salesforce technologiesConduct UAT, core user/end user training on implemented solutionsProvide support in a pre-sales capacity (demos, proposals)Continually improve knowledge and expertise on Salesforce solutions, knowledge sharing and training to newcomers.Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.Job requirements:Minimum 7 years in similar position and experienced at least 2 full cycles of Manufacturing cloud implementation projects.Good analysis, design thinking and critical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills; ability to influence through communication.Highly motivated and success oriented.Able to work in multi-cultural and multi-geolocation team.Client engagement experience across APAC region a plus.Salesforce Business Analyst with Manufacturing Cloud certification is added as an advantage
