this is the command centre for all remote educators.
role summary
this role requires you to:
monitor remote educators live every day
control their performance through zoom/google meet
review their calls in real time
push them to close fast
handle objections & join three-way calls
hit weekly & monthly sales targets
maintain strict discipline & reporting
support hr during hiring
train new remote educators in 7-day trial
your job is to be the remote captain commanding, monitoring, controlling, and uplifting a remote sales army.
key responsibilities (strong remote emphasis)
1. remote team monitoring (most important)
you must:
log in every day and supervise team live
conduct 2 daily zoom/google meet sessions (am & pm)
ensure all educators are active on video/audio
listen to their calls live
correct their pitch instantly
push high energy into the team
validate their scripts, tone, objection handling
handle escalations instantly
track discipline and attendance minutely
must have prior experience doing exactly this.
this is the core of the job.
2. remote performance control
track each educators calling volume
track crm entries
track follow-ups
track closing attempts
push weak performers daily
replace non-performers fast
keep team motivated and aggressive
3. remote team handling skills required
must be comfortable handling 30+ people on zoom
must know how to mute/unmute, spotlight, review screens
must know how to use call recordings
must use team cameras on
must enforce strict rules
must be a commanding presence
if someone cannot control a remote group they are not a tl for this job.
4. sales & closing support
join difficult calls live
close undecisive leads
push weekly closures
handle high-resistance objections
improve closing percentage across team
conduct sales drills and practice calls
5. daily & weekly reporting
performance report at 7 pm daily
team numbers report
weekly reviews
record performance of each educator
