Qualifications and Skills :
- Must have 2-3 years of experience managing a sales team, ideally within the insurance, e-commerce, ed-tech, or similar subscription-based industry.
- Proven success in managing teams in high-paced, target-driven environments.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of coaching and developing high-performance teams.
