Job Description

- Assist the front-end sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and technical documentation for aerospace and plastic tooling projects.

- Coordinate with internal departments such as design, production, and quality to ensure feasibility, pricing, and lead times are accurately communicated to clients.

- Handle sales order processing from inquiry to dispatch, including PO verification, invoicing coordination, and shipping documentation.

- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to provide timely updates on order status, delivery timelines, and post-sales support.

- Assist in the preparation of commercial bids, tenders, and pricing sheets for aerospace and industrial tooling solutions.

- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to track stock availability and shipping schedules for domestic and international orders.

- Generate and maintain reports on sales performance, customer activity, and pending orders for review by management.

- Work closely with sales managers, engineers, and product specialists to streamline workflows and improve sales support efficiency.
