role overview

we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales representative to join tbbc team on a high

earning module. as a sales specialist for our overseas market, your primary responsibility will be lead

generation, conversions and meeting a minimum daily target. in return, you will earn a performance

bonus of 1000 inr on every sale you make.

key responsibilities

sales & lead generation : actively identify and engage with potential clients in the overseas market to

promote and sell our range of lifestyle essentials and décor accessories.

target achievement : consistently meet or exceed the minimum daily sales target of $1,000 to qualify

for performance bonus on every sales. earn double the performance bonus when you exceed your

target.

market research: stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to

position our products and maximize sales opportunities strategically.

client relationship management : build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high

level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

reporting : provide regular updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to

the sales manager on drive.

qualifications

- proven experience in sales, particularly in the overseas market, with a track record of meeting or

exceeding targets.

- strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

- self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

- familiarity with the lifestyle accessories and home decor mark
