Duties and Responsibilities:

Identifying New Sales Lead,S Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.

Business generation from HVAC consultant and architect for new business development.

Follow up Quotation/Offers/Payments from existing and new customer.

Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients.

Site Visits.

Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.

Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their mangers.

Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions.

Submission of BOQ along with Drawings to the clients.

Manage records and follow up purchase order, Performa invoice for clients and venders.

Submission of sales reports.
