Job description:
We are looking to hire a dynamic and result-oriented Manager who will be responsible for sales strategy, branch operations, and cross-department coordination. The candidate should be proactive, analytical, and capable of driving growth across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence
Oversee overall branch operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
Manage and monitor sales, dispatch, and order fulfillment activities
Handle customer grievances and ensure timely resolution with high satisfaction
Enhance and grow website / online business performance
Work towards continuous sales growth and business expansion
Maintain and monitor party accounts, outstanding balances, and credit limits
Ensure timely payment collection from customers
Coordinate and interact effectively with all departments (Sales, Dispatch, Accounts, Operations, etc.)
Provide valuable inputs and suggestions to management for business improvement
Prepare and analyze reports using Excel (VLOOKUP / data fetching)
Draft and manage professional emails and business communication
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of sales planning and execution
Good understanding of accounts, collections, and receivables management
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting)
Excellent email drafting and communication skills
