1. Client Communication:* Engage with B2C clients via calls, emails, and messages,

ensuring a positive and professional experience.

2. Sales & Marketing Calls:* Initiate and manage sales calls to generate leads, nurture

client relationships, and close deals. Participate in BTL activities.

3. Problem Solving:* Address client concerns promptly and provide effective solutions to

maintain customer satisfaction.

4. Collaboration:* Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales strategies with

inventory availability.
