Job Description

K Square Edutainment is looking for an energetic and result-oriented **Sales & Marketing Executive** with experience in school marketing. The candidate will be responsible for promoting educational solutions, generating leads, building strong relationships with schools, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit schools and educational institutions to promote K Square Edutainment products & services

* Generate leads and convert them into successful sales

* Conduct product demos and presentations for school management and teachers

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with schools

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and order execution

* Collect market feedback and competitor insights

* Support marketing campaigns, events, and school programs

Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum **2 years of experience in school marketing / education sales**

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work independently and meet targets

* Willingness to travel within assigned districts

* Proficiency in English and Tamil preferred
