We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our real estate broking firm. The role involves a combination of field sales, marketing, and telecalling, and is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Handling property sales and client inquiries

€¢ Conducting property site visits with clients

€¢ Telecalling and follow-ups with potential buyers and tenants

€¢ Assisting with marketing activities and lead generation

€¢ Coordinating with property owners and maintaining listings

€¢ Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements:

€¢ Good communication and interpersonal skills

€¢ Interest in sales and marketing

€¢ Willingness to do field work and client meetings

€¢ Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus (not mandatory)

€¢ Responsible, hardworking, and looking for a long-term role
