Responsibilities-
€¢ Sales Generation-
o Identify and target potential customers (farmers, distributors, retailers, etc.) within the assigned territory.
o Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Bharat Agrolink's products/services.
o Generate leads and convert them into sales.
o Achieve and exceed sales targets.
€¢ Customer Relationship Management-
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
o Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
o Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the product development team.
o Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
€¢ Market Analysis-
o Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.
o Stay up-to-date on industry developments and product knowledge.
o Provide feedback on market conditions and competitor activities.
€¢ Sales Planning and Reporting-
o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
o Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
o Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
€¢ Distribution Network Development -
o Identify and recruit potential distributors and retailers.
o Maintain relationships with distributors and retailers.
o Ensure proper product distribution and availability.
€¢ Promotional Activites-
o Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
o Distribute promotional materials and samples.
Qualifications-
€¢ Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
€¢ 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural sector.
€¢ Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
€¢ Strong understanding of agricultural practices and products.
€¢ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
