Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and promoting our outdoor advertising solutions including billboards, transit ads, digital displays, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients for outdoor media advertising.
Pitch OOH advertising solutions tailored to client needs.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing and account servicing.
Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution, site bookings, and compliance.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends.
Prepare sales reports and revenue forecasts.
Attending networking events, client meetings, and industry seminars to build brand presence.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
Prior experience in media sales, especially OOH, is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Must be a team player with a go-getter attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with local/regional outdoor advertising markets.
Understanding of media planning, ad space pricing, and vendor coordination.
