ï‚·Clearly understands customer processes, their pain points and their expectations

ï‚·Prepares clear and effective proposals with a strong value proposition in co-ordination with pre-sales, marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.

ï‚·Summarizes customer sentiment and organizational performance in the form of MIS Reports and Dashboards for management reference
