Virtual International School is the first multinational online school for students aged 5–18. We provide a full-fledged international education in English and a school certificate. Our students receive a comprehensive international school education in an interactive online format, from Pre-school to A-Level programs.
VIS is looking for a sales manager to help our potential students discover unlimited opportunities for their studies and careers.
Responsibilities:
-Provide pre-consultation services to potential clients (warm base)
-Process incoming leads in AMOCRM (on average up to 10 leads per day)
-Explain about the school's programs, services and facilities (via calls/messengers)
-Assess clients' English proficiency level
-Ensure excellent customer service at all times
-Collaborate with other team members to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements:
-Fluency in Hindi and English at a C1 level, excellent written and oral communication skills
-Experience in customer service or call center environment
-Ability to multitask
-Experience with CRM systems (preferably AMOCRM)
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
