overall job description :
- achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems.
- establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
- maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
- accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- achieve the sales targets (sa/ca) set in terms of ntb, value & product mix
- handling a team size of 10 and above and taking care of entire region
- achieve the budgeted cross sell targets across the designated product lines
- extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psycho graphics for his/ her assigned territory
- achieve defined quality parameters in terms of amb depletion/ftr %/ uid penetration and nbd penetration.
- achieve sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
