We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Bettiah, West Champaran. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in sales, a strong track record of achieving targets, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
1. **Team Leadership**: Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets, fostering a positive and competitive work environment.
