Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in Power Tools and Air Compressor products. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing marketing campaigns, handling sales teams, and developing strong relationships with industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

* Promote and sell power tools and air compressor products to industrial and commercial clients

* Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

Marketing & Campaign Management:

* Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services

* Coordinate promotional activities, exhibitions, and product demonstrations

* Work closely with the marketing team to increase brand visibility

Sales Team Management:

* Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

* Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback

* Conduct training sessions on product knowledge and sales techniques

Industrial Visits & Client Handling:

* Conduct regular visits to industries, factories, and project sites

* Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions

* Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical details

Reporting & Coordination:

* Maintain sales reports, MIS, and daily activity records

* Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery

* Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing

Key Skills Required:

* Strong knowledge of Power Tools & Air Compressor products

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Leadership and team management abilities

* Good understanding of industrial sales processes

* Ability to work in field and handle client meetings
