The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing marketing campaigns, handling sales teams, and developing strong relationships with industrial clients.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:* Promote and sell power tools and air compressor products to industrial and commercial clients* Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets* Develop and maintain strong customer relationshipsMarketing & Campaign Management:* Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services* Coordinate promotional activities, exhibitions, and product demonstrations* Work closely with the marketing team to increase brand visibilitySales Team Management:* Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets* Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback* Conduct training sessions on product knowledge and sales techniquesIndustrial Visits & Client Handling:* Conduct regular visits to industries, factories, and project sites* Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions* Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical detailsReporting & Coordination:* Maintain sales reports, MIS, and daily activity records* Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery* Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and pricingKey Skills Required:* Strong knowledge of Power Tools & Air Compressor products* Excellent communication and negotiation skills* Leadership and team management abilities* Good understanding of industrial sales processes* Ability to work in field and handle client meetingsQualification:* Bachelor
