We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented TEAM LEADER to lead our solar sales operations, manage field teams, and drive revenue growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage sales activities for rooftop solar projects (Homes, Commercial & Industrial)
Generate and close leads through field sales, channel partners, and referrals
Build and manage a team of sales executives
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and proposal presentations
Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution
Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates
Develop relationships with local builders, dealers, and corporate clients
Requirements
Proven experience in solar sales / EPC sales / electrical or energy sector
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage a team and work independently
Knowledge of net metering, subsidy process, and rooftop solar systems is a plus
Willingness to travel within assigned districts
Graduation preferred (MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage)
