education: any graduate or postgraduate in marketing 
experience required: 1-3 years 
objective: to generate leads, build client relationships, and close property deals while delivering excellent service and meeting sales targets in the real estate sector. 
key responsibilities: 
 build and nurture relationships with prospective residential property buyers and developers sales teams. 
 understand customer requirements, conduct site visits, and assist in shortlisting suitable properties. 
 make outbound calls to potential leads to understand the property requirements and generate interest in listed projects. 
 support clients through the negotiation process and help them structure the best possible deal. 
 stay updated on market trends and project insights through internal communication and research.
 achieve sales targets as agreed upon with senior management.
