Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the automobile sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share.

Monitor daily sales activities and provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to the sales team.

Generate new business opportunities through walk-in customers, corporate clients, referrals, and field visits.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from inquiry to vehicle delivery.

Conduct product presentations and explain vehicle features, financing options, insurance, and after-sales services.

Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and service departments for smooth customer onboarding.

Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and present sales updates to senior management.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, test-drive events, and customer engagement programs.

Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and timely completion of all sales-related processes.

Recruit, train, and develop sales executives to improve team performance.

Handle customer complaints and resolve escalated issues professionally.

Maintain showroom standards, vehicle displays, and ensure a positive customer experience.
