Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and onboard new sales agents to ensure a skilled and high-performing team.

Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies for improvement.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to guide strategic decision-making.

Goal Setting: Establish clear sales goals and objectives, and work with the team to develop effective strategies for achieving targets.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements in real estate transactions, maintaining ethical standards and best practices.

Budget Management: Responsible for managing the sales budget, optimizing resources, and maximizing ROI.

Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team and collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.

Problem Solving: Address challenges and obstacles promptly, providing solutions to overcome issues and maintain a smooth sales process.

Site Visit Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in conducting site visits, possessing a keen understanding of property features, neighborhood dynamics, and market conditions to effectively guide the sales team and clients.
