Job Description

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and sales revenue for construction chemical products.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance.

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and customer needs in the construction chemicals sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, architects, and distributors to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Set clear sales targets and monitor the performance of the sales team, ensuring that objectives are met and exceeded.

- Oversee the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective sales operations to maximize profitability.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote construction chemical products and enhance brand visibility in the target markets.

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients and distributors, ensuring favorable conditions for both the client and the company.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, analyzing sales data and trends to inform future business decisions.

- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Keep track of competitor activities, pricing, and product offerings to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

- Support the launch of new construction chemical products by coordinating with the marketing and product development teams.
