ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs for Identified Area (Maharashtra – excluding Mumbai)
- Increase sales from existing, new customers for all product groups and brands
- Building strong relationships with key customer accounts and internal stakeholders
- Sales Visits and marketing/customer events – plan and implement
- Drive, Handhold & Review Field/Tele Sales Team for sales effectiveness
- Manage productivity and overall morale of Sales team members
- Opportunity Tracking and Business & Market Reporting
- Ensuring Timely Shipment, Invoicing and Payment Collections
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Graduate in any discipline with 5-7 years of experience in Sales of Industrial Products or Similar. Experience in
Fire & Safety Products will be an added advantage
