key responsibilities:
business development: identify and engage corporate clients, develop b2b sales strategies, and generate leads through research and networking.
corporate tie-ups: establish and maintain partnerships, negotiate agreements, and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
sales management: oversee the entire sales cycle, track performance, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
market analysis: analyze trends, competition, and opportunities to recommend growth strategies to senior management.
relationship management: build and sustain strong client and partner relationships, ensuring satisfaction and collaboration.
reporting: prepare reports on sales, market performance, and partnership outcomes, using insights to refine strategies.
qualifications:
bachelors degree in business administration or related field (mba preferred).
minimum 5 years of b2b sales or business development experience, including government tender management.
strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
proficiency in crm tools and microsoft office.
analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
willingness to travel as required.
