Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and client acquisition for Ecube. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in corporate, and government/association clients. This role is best suited for a professional with strong networking skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development through targeted outreach and networking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporates, government bodies, and industry associations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth aligned with company objectives.
- Identify partnership opportunities and negotiate business contracts.
- Represent Ecube at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client commitments.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor-s/Master-s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in event industry sales.
- Strong understanding of corporate, government, and association ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
- Existing industry network will be an added advantage.
