job description:

we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales manager to lead business development and client acquisition for ecube. the ideal candidate should have proven expertise in corporate, and government/association clients. this role is best suited for a professional with strong networking skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business.

key responsibilities:

drive new business development through targeted outreach and networking.

build and maintain strong client relationships with corporates, government bodies, and industry associations.

achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth aligned with company objectives.

identify partnership opportunities and negotiate business contracts.

represent ecube at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings.

collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client commitments.

prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.

requirements:

bachelors/masters degree in business, marketing, or related field.

35 years of proven experience in event industry sales.

strong understanding of corporate, government, and association ecosystem.

excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.

existing industry network will be an added advantage.
