Role SummaryThe Senior Sales Manager will lead and drive sales performance across residential real estate projects, manage high-performing sales teams, and ensure achievement of revenue targets through strategic planning, team leadership, and strong customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Develop and execute sales strategies for residential projects, including channel partner management and site sales.Oversee lead conversion, customer negotiations, and closure of high-value deals.Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to optimize lead flow, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and pipeline reviews for management.Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to booking and handover.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA guidelines, and legal documentation processes.Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management skillsProven negotiation and closing abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of residential real estate sales cyclesCRM and sales reporting expertiseStrategic planning and executionExcellent communication and stakeholder management
