Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader with 10 -12 years of proven expertise in driving sales growth, leading highperformance teams, and penetrating new markets. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong sense of ownership, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to align personal and professional goals with organizational

objectives. This role requires a proactive leader who can build trust, analyse competition, leverage IT tools, and deliver measurable results in dynamic environments.

Product Line

This role focuses on driving sales for Dush Premium Cement and Tile Adhesive product range, specifically targeting luxury homeowners with Italian marble flooring.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and achieve revenue targets in new and existing markets.

• Market Penetration: Identify, approach, and convert prospective customers in unfamiliar territories while establishing the brand’s presence.

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team to meet or exceed sales projections, addressing performance gaps through root cause analysis and actionable solutions.

• Customer Relationship Building: Foster trust with new customers, leveraging unique selling points (USPs) to differentiate from competitors.

• Competitive Analysis: Analyse market competitors, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Estimate lead potential in new territories, set realistic conversion ratios, and address common challenges in converting leads into customers.

• Technology Utilization: Use IT tools to monitor and enhance team performance, streamline processes, and drive data-informed decision-making.

• Ownership & Accountability: Take full responsibility for challenging situations, demonstrating initiative and delivering positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10-12 years of sales experience with driving sales in new markets.

• Sales Expertise: Proven ability to acquire new customers, build trust, and close deals in diverse or unfamiliar markets.

• Leadership Skills: Strong track record of leading teams, addressing underperformance, and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze market trends, estimate lead potential, and develop strategies to outperform competitors.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in leveraging IT tools (., CRM systems, sales analytics platforms) to optimize team performance and track KPIs.

• Strategic Vision: Alignment of personal and professional goals with long-term organizational objectives, with a focus on sustainable growth.

• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and inspire trust in customers and team members.
