About the Role
We are looking for dynamic, motivated professionals to join our
Business Development & Operations team.
You ll drive customer acquisition, ensure client success, and
contribute to innovation and growth across sales, marketing, and
servicing functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through direct and indirect
channels.
- Conduct product demos, manage proposals, and build long-term
client partnerships.
- Lead onboarding, training, and account management to ensure
client satisfaction.
- Create engaging marketing and communication collateral to
drive visibility.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance user
experience and adoption.
- Research market trends and contribute ideas for product
innovation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Business, Commerce, Hotel
Management, or Engineering.
- Experience in startups, hospitality, or B2B SaaS/product sales is
preferred.
- Multilingual ability (., Hindi, Kannada) and proficiency in MS
Office/Canva/Google Suite are a plus.
