Cemmax Alchemy Private Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our growing team in Bangalore, Mangalore, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, expanding our market reach, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop relationships with retailers, distributors, and construction professionals in Bangalore, Mangalore, Karnataka and surrounding areas

Promote and sell construction chemical products (tile adhesives, waterproofing solutions, grouts, SBR Latex etc.)

Achieve monthly sales targets and increase market penetration

Conduct site visits and provide product demos and technical support to clients

Collect weekly stock data from retail shops and update reports regularly

Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely deliveries

Maintain and update customer records and feedback

Requirements:

13 years of sales experience (preferably in building materials, construction chemicals, or related field)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage fieldwork

Familiar with Bangalore, Mangalore and nearby market areas

Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, etc.)

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred but not mandatory)
