responsibilities :
- handle customer requests and queries to convert them to accounts.
- take up a proactive approach to ensure resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- recommends potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information and reporting product malfunctions.
required skillset :
- excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
- proven track record of customer success experience via phone, email, and chat.
- ability to work on multiple tools simultaneously like zoho, phone calls, chat tools, etc.
- problem-solving and developing strong relationships with key customers to build a trusted partnership.
- bachelor's degree in business, technology, communications.
- relevant experience of 1 - 2 years.
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- basic knowledge of ms excel, word and powerpoint.
