Proven experience in tele sales or customer service, preferably in the diagnostic, surgical, or scientific products industry.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone demeanor.

Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand technical products and explain them to customers effectively.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or tools.

A degree in science, pharmacy, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
