- develop and maintain relationships with government officials, decision-makers, and influencers
- analyze and identify potential tender opportunities that align with our organization's capabilities and interests
- prepare and submit high-quality tender proposals, presentations, and other bid documents
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, operations, and finance, to ensure successful tender execution
- negotiate contracts and agreements with government agencies
- stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity
- meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
requirements:
- proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the government tender space
- strong understanding of government tender processes and procedures
- excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally
preferred qualifications:
