Job Title: Sales Executive (Freshers & Experienced)

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our products/services

€¢ Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries

€¢ Follow up on leads and maintain client records

€¢ Provide accurate information and maintain a positive customer experience

€¢ Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

€¢ Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

€¢ Good communication skills in Hindi and English

€¢ Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle call tracking systems

€¢ A positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn

€¢ Experience in telecalling/sales is a plus, but freshers are welcome
