key responsibilities:

make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our products/services

handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries

follow up on leads and maintain client records

provide accurate information and maintain a positive customer experience

meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

maintain good relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction

requirements:

good communication skills in hindi and english

basic computer knowledge and ability to handle call tracking systems

a positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn

experience in telecalling/sales is a plus, but freshers are welcome
