Job Title: Sales Executive (Freshers & Experienced)

Location: Wave City WFO (no WFH provided)

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our products/services

Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries

Follow up on leads and maintain client records

Provide accurate information and maintain a positive customer experience

Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi and English

Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle call tracking systems

A positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn

Experience in telecalling/sales is a plus, but freshers are welcome
