Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

Greet and assist patients with inquiries and appointments.

Handle walk-in patients and manage appointment schedules.

Patient Counseling & Sales:

Guide patients about available therapies and treatment plans.

Enroll patients for therapy and follow up on rejoining.

Handle referral patient enrollments to drive business growth.

Patient Records & Reporting:

Maintain and update the daily patient visit sheet.

Send daily reports on patient visits and remarks via email.

Compile a 5-day report every month for management review.

Follow-up & Retention:

Make 40 follow-up calls daily to potential and existing patients.

Persuade old patients to rejoin therapy sessions.
