We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer with a strong healthcare background to train and develop our on-ground teams, including doctors and patient care executives. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in face-to-face customer handling within the healthcare sector and an in-depth understanding of patient buying behavior. This individual will play a critical role in enhancing our patient conversion, retention, and enrollment processes.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver engaging training programs for sales, conversion, and retention techniques tailored to the healthcare and orthopedic domain.Conduct both online and in-person training sessions across our clinics pan India.Train doctors and patient care executives in patient communication, sales conversion, and follow-up processes.Analyze patient behavior patterns to develop impactful training content.Improve enrollment and retention rates by implementing behavior-driven training strategies.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand ground challenges and align training objectives.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, audits, and performance metrics.

Patient Examination & Diagnosis:Conduct thorough medical examinations of patients.Review patients medical histories and assess their current health status.Conduct screening and diagnostic tests to identify underlying health conditions.Treatment & Patient Care:Administer appropriate treatments and therapies based on diagnosis.Counsel patients on health, wellness, and preventive care measures.Calm and reassure anxious or distressed patients.Educate patients about the purpose and functions of each treatment.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatments provided.Follow-ups & Retention:Ensure a minimum conversion rate of 50% every month.Achieve assigned monthly targets related to patient retention and new patient enrollments.Conduct 40 follow-up calls daily, facilitated by the receptionist, for rejoining and extension purposes.Documentation & Record-Keeping:Accurately record and store consultation notes after each patient visit.Maintain and update medical records for continuity of care

Job Responsibilities:Front Desk Management:Greet and assist patients with inquiries and appointments.Handle walk-in patients and manage appointment schedules.Patient Counseling & Sales:Guide patients about available therapies and treatment plans.Enroll patients for therapy and follow up on rejoining.Handle referral patient enrollments to drive business growth.Patient Records & Reporting:Maintain and update the daily patient visit sheet.Send daily reports on patient visits and remarks via email.Compile a 5-day report every month for management review.Follow-up & Retention:Make 40 follow-up calls daily to potential and existing patients.Persuade old patients to rejoin therapy sessions.
