Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive at Nivara, you��ll be the face of the brand �� creating memorable in-store experiences, helping customers find the right sparkle for their story, and building long-term relationships that go beyond a single purchase.
You will play a crucial role in driving store revenue while upholding Nivara��s promise of warmth, trust, and sophistication in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
�� Welcome customers warmly and understand their needs through genuine, engaging conversations.
�� Showcase our jewelry collections with confidence and product expertise �� highlighting design details, craftsmanship, and the Nivara promise.
�� Maintain an impeccable store experience: cleanliness, display aesthetics, and ambience.
�� Build and nurture client relationships for repeat purchases and referrals.
�� Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
�� Maintain strong product knowledge (especially on lab-grown diamonds) through ongoing learning.
�� Support store events, exhibitions, and local marketing initiatives.
�� Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and seamless customer service.

�� Prior experience (1-3 years) in luxury retail, jewelry, lifestyle, or premium customer-facing roles preferred.
�� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
�� A strong sense of grooming, etiquette, and presentation.
�� Customer-first mindset �� patient, attentive, and genuinely empathetic.
�� Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets.
�� Comfort with basic technology tools (POS, CRM, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
