Position: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the professional AV and display solutions market.
Generate leads and convert them into sales through direct customer interaction and channel partners.
Promote Samsung, Sony, Harman, and other company products and solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for customers, consultants, and system integrators.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documentation.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable AV solutions.
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for successful project execution.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in AV solutions, IT products, professional displays, electronics, or related B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of professional displays, PA systems, video conferencing, video walls, or Direct LED solutions is preferred.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
