Job Description

- develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for both new and pre-owned honda vehicles.

- analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to forecast sales and identify new business opportunities.

- lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to deliver excellent performance and meet dealership goals.

- conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, negotiation skills, and customer service standards.

- set performance goals for team members and conduct periodic performance evaluations.

- ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective customer handling, timely communication, and after-sales support.

- oversee customer interactions to ensure adherence to the brands quality and service standards.

- handle escalations and critical customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

- identify and pursue new market segments and institutional clients to expand the dealerships customer base.

- collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute local promotions, events, and campaigns to generate leads.

- monitor daily sales operations, vehicle delivery schedules, and inventory management in coordination with other departments.

- prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.

- ensure compliance with hondas corporate sales processes, policies, and documentation standards.

- work closely with the service, finance, and insurance departments to ensure smooth end-to-end customer transactions.

- track lead conversion rates and implement measures to improve showroom footfall-to-sale ratios.

- evaluate digital and physical sales channels to optimize effectiveness.
