The role involves handling leads, meeting potential clients, conducting site visits, explaining project details, pricing and benefits, and guiding customers through the entire sales process until deal closure. The candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, maintaining sales reports and CRM records, coordinating with internal teams for documentation and customer support, and staying updated on market trends and competitor projects. Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills along with a proactive approach and basic computer knowledge are essential for this role.
