1) Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers.
2) Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
3) Create and update Listings, Mailers of available properties.
4) Cold-Calling in order to create interest in products & services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings 10 to 15 in a month .
5) Understand customer needs/requirements and educate them accordingly.
6) Able to generate the leads and make it into conversion and achieve a given target.
7) Handle market related activities such as – Promotional activities, Site Visit, Outdoor Marketing etc.
