— Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead follow-ups and closures.
Outbound Engagement
— Conduct proactive outreach to potential students and explain the value of our courses.
— Follow structured sales processes and use a consultative approach to enroll learners.
Relationship Building & Collaboration
— Build meaningful relationships with students to foster trust and retention.
— Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize campaigns, offers, and promotions that drive enrollments.
Market Awareness
— Stay updated on finance certification trends, competitor offerings, and student needs to deliver relevant advice.
