Real Estate Experience Must of minimum 4 Years
· Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
· Conduct market research and analyse sales options
· Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
· Stay updated with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new projects
· Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports
· Actively seeking new opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
· Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections from the clients
· Excellent Communication - written and verbal.
· Making call to customer for fixing appointment for site visit.
· Arranging Physical customer site visit.
· Once the lead is qualified defined process to ensure every qualified lead is aggressively followed for site visits.
· Guiding and explaining about project detail to the customers
· Regular Follow up with customers for the booking.
· Property listing on the web portal and generating the leads.
· Making good relation with back office & Builder sales team.
· Keep accurate records of calls & conversions
· Work with Sales team for Client appointments & achieve conversion
